1. Eligibility for Return

  • Medicines can only be returned if:

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used medicines.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details and photographs of the product (if damaged).

  • Our team will guide you through the return procedure.

3. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened medicines, personal care products, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
